This Economic Activity Report is summarized from monthly reports compiled by the DDA and submited to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. These reports are among the items required in order to retain our "Better Hometown/Main Street" designation. The statistics come from city staff data on business licenses and construction permits, county real estate transaction records, and diligent observation.
